Zusammenfassung:	A fishing lamp is described. The fishing lamp includes a frame body, two light source modules and a controlling device. The frame body has a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion. The light source modules are pivotally disposed on the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion respectively. Each light source module includes a base, a plurality of light emitting diodes and a fixing assembly. The base has a light source disposing surface and a heat dissipation surface opposite to each other. The light emitting diodes are disposed on the light source disposing surface. The fixing assembly is disposed on the base. The fixing assembly combines the light source modules with the frame body. The controlling device is electrically connected to the light emitting diodes.
