Clamping device of penetrating type socket wrench

This invention relates to a clamping device of penetrating type socket wrench which is disposed on a ratchet wheel annular seat of the wrench body. The clamping device is opened with an annular groove on the inner annular surface of the sleeving slot of the ratchet wheel annular seat for receiving an elastically expanding and closing C-ring, wherein the annular groove is formed with an expanding part having groove depth not less than the diameter of the C-ring and an inclined face part extended outwardly from the expanding part, so as to enable the C-ring to elastically expand and close in the expanding part only. Furthermore, the ratchet wheel annular seat is installed at outside with a pressing collar which is inwardly protruded with at least two pushing rods penetratingly extended to the annular groove to push the C-ring to displace.
