Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a manufacturing method for apex seal of rotary engine and formulation thereof, which applies a suitable control for the types of added elements, adding amount, furnace discharge, casting temperature, and accelerated solidification and cooling rate. Thus, the alloy gray iron for apex seal casting may possess suitable graphite size and matrix structure, and there is no need of surface treatment for the sliding surface to achieve a suitable abrasion resistance property and stiffness, and simplify the manufacturing process and reduce the cost.
