Zusammenfassung:	This invention discloses a noodles structure. The noodles structure comprises a noodles body and at least one first pattern. Wherein the noodles body is formed as a striping structure, and the cross-section shape of the noodles body along a short-side direction of the noodles body is a flat structure. Furthermore, the noodles body has a first surface and a second surface with respect to the first surface, and the first pattern is disposed on the first surface along a long-side of the noodles body, and disposed on a middle region of the noodles body along the short-side direction. The noodles structure of the present invention has a better effect upon cooking, improving the texture of the noodles after cooked, and providing distinct appearance of the noodles.
