Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an establishment method for a personal health assessment system. It comprises the following steps: establishing a health database; setting a disease theme; capturing main bodies associated with the disease theme from health data files of the health database to establish a thematic database; establishing a secondary database through a mode establishment and a variable reorganization establishment for archives within the thematic database; establishing a cloud query system through the result data of the secondary database. Thereby the expected assessment for the current and future risk status associated with users' diseases is provided to the users through a processing unit of the cloud query system on the basic of the result data of each secondary database when the users input their own health status from the cloud query system. Accordingly, it can help users manage personal health more effectively.
