The organic metal compound has a chemical structure represented by formula (I):, wherein one of R1 and R2 is hydrogen, and the other is trialkyl silyl group; and L is an acetylacetone ligand, a picolinate ligand, a 2-(imidazol-2-yl) pyridine ligand, a 2-(4,5-dimethyl-imidazol-2-yl)pyridine ligand, a 3-(trifluoromethyl)-5-(pyridine-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazolate ligand, or a 3-(isobutyl)-5-(pyridine-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazolate ligand.
