Zusammenfassung:	A pin detecting circuit for a microphone and a pin detecting method thereof are provided in a embodiment of the present invention. The pin detecting circuit includes a pin switching unit and a detecting unit, which pin switching unit is able to switch the connected pins of a connector of a headset with microphone. The detecting unit is able to receive signals from the headset with micro phone through the pin switching unit and outputs a test voltage to the microphone, thereby determining the pin specification of the headset with microphone and then enabling the pin switching unit to switch the pin correctly.
