Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure provides a touch panel, which includes a substrate, a sensing layer, and an index matching layer. The sensing layer is disposed on the substrate. The index matching layer is disposed on the side of the sensing layer opposite to the substrate. The index matching layer has a plurality of bumps periodically formed thereon. Any two adjacent bumps are spaced with a distance being less than 400nm. Additionally, the present disclosure further provides a manufacturing method for the touch panel.
