A flip-flops assembly structure comprises: a sole corresponding to the sole portion supporting the human foot, and the bottom of the sole is configured with a fastening hole correspondingly arranged between big toe and long toe of the foot; a vamp surrounding the instep portion of the foot, and the vamp is configured with a connection hole correspondingly arranged between the big toe and long toe of the foot; a toe-clamping tube correspondingly and vertically disposed between big toe and long toe of the foot, and the bottom of the toe-clamping tube is integrally connected with the sole and the top is close to the vamp, and a connection strap is penetrated through the fastening hole of the sole, the through hole of the toe-clamping tube and the connection hole of the vamp from bottom to top; and, a positioning member positioned and connected at the top end of the connection strap such that the positioning member is fastened on the connection hole of the vamp.
