Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a cover for an electronic device and an electronic device. The cover includes a main portion and a peripheral portion. The main portion is configured to cover a display region of the electronic device, and the peripheral portion is configured to cover a non-display region of the electronic device. A substrate of the main portion and a substrate of the peripheral portion are a one-piece structure. The peripheral portion includes a plurality of through holes passing through the substrate of the peripheral portion. The plurality of through holes are positioned corresponding to a sound providing unit to guide sounds of the sound providing unit.
