Ultrasound data acquisition system and method and ultrasound receiving device

Disclosed are an ultrasound data acquisition system and a method and an ultrasound receiving device. The ultrasound data acquisition system includes a plurality of ultrasound probes, a master ultrasound receiving device, at least one slave ultrasound receiving device, a connection element and a host device. The master ultrasound receiving device and the slave ultrasound receiving device are respectively and electrically coupled to a first part and a second part of the ultrasound probes. The master ultrasound receiving device controls timing and synchronous between the master ultrasound receiving device and the slave ultrasound receiving device via the connection element, such that all of the ultrasound receiving devices can perform direct memory access operations correctly.
