A flexibly-assembled circle or semi-circle interaction system and operation method thereof are disclosed. This system comprises a gesture detection device, a processing unit, a body detection device and several display units, wherein the gesture detection device is used to detect the gesture of the user, the body detection device is used to detect the movement of the user body, and the processing unit generates a gesture signal of and a body movement signal according gesture and movement of body. The display units receive the gesture signal of and a body movement signal transmitted from the processing unit and the display units cooperatively display a common screen such that the user can interact with the display units via the gesture and movement of boy and has totally different feel from the conventional single display unit.
