| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention is related to a pharmaceutical composition for detecting human melanoma cells, comprising: a liposome, a biomolecule having specificity for [alpha]v[beta]3 integrin and a radionuclide. A method using the pharmaceutical composition for detecting human melanoma cells and a kit performing the method are also provided herein. Due to the specificity of the biomolecule for the[alpha]v[beta]3 integrin, the liposome can have a recognized ability and facilitate the interaction between the liposome and the targeted cell. Thus, the present invention can be widely applied in the fields of melanoma diagnosis, lymphatic metastasis detection, and post-surgical monitoring, etc. |
