Disclosed are a touch display device and a method for dynamically setting touch inactive area and a recording medium. The touch display device comprises a storage unit, an identification unit, a touch display unit and a processing unit. The touch display unit presents an operation interface and operation function keys provided thereby, each operation function key corresponding to a display area and a function. The identification unit generates feature data on the basis of a specific user. The processing unit obtains inactive area setting data corresponding to the feature data according to the user data stored in the storage unit corresponding to the feature data to set at least one touch function inactive area on the touch display unit. However, when an operation function key corresponding to a display area overlapped with the touch function inactive area is touched on the touch display unit, a corresponding function will not be activated.
