Zusammenfassung:	A container storage system includes a multi storey frame, a first container storage layer, a second container storage layer, a vertical transport channel and a movable floor plate. An operation method for the container storage system includes: arranging the first container storage layer and the second container storage layer in the multi storey frame; arranging the vertical transport channel and the movable floor plate between the first container storage layer and the second container storage layer; operating the movable floor plate to open the vertical transport channel so as to vertically connect through the first container storage layer and the second container storage layer; operating the movable floor plate to close the vertical transport channel so as to convert the movable floor plate into a floor plate of the second container storage layer.
