The base comprises a first shell and a second shell. The second shell has a first fastening part. The hook part is disposed on the first shell and buckles into the first fastening part. The first adjusting rod connects the first shell and the second shell. When the hook part and the first fastening part are separated, the first shell can move along the first adjusting rod. The second adjusting rod and the wheel are disposed on the base. One end of the threaded rod is disposed in the wheel and the other end is connected to the upper cover. When the second adjusting rod rotates, the wheel rotates simultaneously and drives the threaded rod to insert or withdraw the wheel. |
