Zusammenfassung:	A vertical axis wind turbine is provided. The wind turbine comprises: a support axis and a wind wheel. The wind wheel comprises: a rotation base, a plurality of rotation stand sets, a plurality of blades and deflection structures corresponding to the rotation stand sets, and a plurality of deflection restriction structures. The rotation base is disposed on the support axis rotatably. The rotation stand sets constitute a plane of rotation, and a first end of each one rotation stand set is fixed and disposed on the rotation base. Each one blade can be deflected and is connected to a second end of the corresponding rotation stand set by a corresponding deflection structure, then the blades can adjust a corresponding angle of attack in a stream. Meanwhile, the deflection restriction structures can generate a first rotational torque in a first rotation direction and a second rotational torque in a second rotation direction when the blades deflect, so that the rotation base can rotate.
