Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a system for surveillance. The system is configured for: generating a monitoring file; sending a first command to a server to create a monitoring event in a database; sending a second command to the server to obtain a ID list; receiving the ID list from the server and choosing one or more IDs in the ID list; sending the monitoring file and the chosen IDs to the server, and saving the monitoring file and the chosen IDs in the monitoring event; receiving the IDs which have read the monitoring file.
