Image capturing apparatus and image capturing method thereof

An image capturing method and an image capturing apparatus are provided. The image capturing method is adapted to the image capturing apparatus and includes following steps. A face detection is performed on at least one detecting target of at least one photoed person for obtaining at least one face image. When the face image has a condition feature, the live-view image is captured for obtaining a temporary image. Whether all of the face images in the temporary image have the condition feature is determined. If the result is negative, the steps mentioned above are repeated and a plurality of history images are generating until the history images conform to a predetermined condition. The history images are synthesized to generate a result image. The predetermined condition includes the face image of all of the photoed people have the condition feature at least in one of the history images.
