Zusammenfassung: | A method of modifying carbon-based electrode material by using deep eutectic solvents combined with microwave heating sol-gel method under lower temperature, atmospheric pressure and shorter reaction time is provided. This method includes providing a carbon material to mix with a precursor of TiO2, a deep eutectic solvent, water and an alcohol solvent to perform a first-step microwave heating process, and then adding the deep eutectic solvent, water and the alcohol solvent again to perform a second-step microwave heating process to form a carbon-based electrode material containing TiOH and anatase-TiO2 uniformly dispersed and fixed on the carbon material. The carbon-based electrode material can be used for an electrode material of a capacitive deionization (CDI), a supercapacitor or an energy storage device. |
