| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a solid-state thin film cell, which comprises: an anode containing metal oxide with tetravalent lead; a cathode configured with an interval to the anode; and, a solid-state electrolyte disposed between the anode and the cathode; wherein, the metal oxide with tetravalent lead has a single-phase crystal structure as shown in formula (I) MxPbyOz, where M, x, y, z are defined in the specification and in the claims. The preparation temperature for the anode crystal structure is low, and the solid-state thin film cell may achieve excellent repeated charging and discharging performance. |
