Zusammenfassung:	A detection system and method for detection invalidation of fan are provided. The method includes steps: acquiring a first temperature value of a central processing unit (CPU) and a second temperature value of a structure for entering wind; calculating a power of the CPU; calculating a thermal resistance value according to the first temperature value, the second temperature value and the power; comparing whether the thermal resistance value is more than a predetermined thermal resistance value; and outputting a massage of fan invalidation when the thermal resistance value is more than a predetermined thermal resistance value.
