| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention is a pharmaceutical composition for treating disorders associated with insulin resistance, which comprising: at least one inhibitor used for decreasing the phosphorylation of downstream signal molecules which is stimulated from Endothelin-1, in order to be an effective ingredient inhibiting the mRNA expression level of resistin and the phosphorylation of downstream signal molecules promoted with Endothelin-1, wherein the downstream signal molecules comprises: ERK1/2, JNKs, AKT and STAT3. The at least one inhibitor is selected from at least one antagonist of the downstream signal molecules, and the inhibitor is used for treating disorders associated with insulin resistance. |
