Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for preparing an anode of a metal oxide of a dye-sensitized solar cell. Primarily, a metal oxide solution with weight percent concentration of 10-30% is prepared. The metal oxide solution is oxidized by a microwave heating method, filtered, cleaned through a second water spray, dried and calcined under the temperature of 400-500 DEG C. Continuously, the calcined metal oxide is mixed with organic alcohol and water to prepare into metal oxide slurry and then coated on the surface of a transparent conductive substrate. The metal oxide slurry is formed into a metal oxide film on the surface of the transparent conductive substrate by a pressure joint method. Finally, the transparent conductive substrate is soaked with photosensitive dye so that the dye can be absorbed on the molecular surface of the metal oxide film. Accordingly, the photoelectric conversion efficiency can be enhanced to about 30%. |
