The present invention is a hair cosmetic that contains: (A) a vesicle structure in which the continuous phase is an aqueous phase and which has a mean grain size of 5 to 50 m, comprising (A1) a C14-24 linear or branched fatty acid, (A2) a tertiary amine compound, and (A3) a C1-8 organic acid; (B) a cationic surfactant; (C) an aromatic alcohol; (D) a C1-10 organic acid; and water. |
