Zusammenfassung:	The present invention discloses a thin film peeling off method and a thin film peeling off system, the thin film peeling off system has a moveable head enlaced with peeling thin film coated with adhesive having adhesion force, the moveable head is used to affix the peeling thin film onto a thin film-affixed display panel, so as to bond the affixed thin film onto the peeling thin film, and by simultaneously spraying cleaning solution to the display panel when the affixed thin film is peeled off, static electricity can be inhibited and film peeling efficiency improved. The thin film peeling off system comprises a carrier stage for placing thereon a display panel affixed with thin film; a moveable head capable of approaching in an affixing manner and moving above the thin film of the display panel placed on the carrier stage; a moveable cleaning solution supplier moving along with the moveable head for spraying cleaning solution.
