Environmental temperature monitoring device

The present invention provides an environmental temperature monitoring device, which includes an optical wave generation unit; an optical fiber arranged in the environment; at least one temperature-sensing deformation element that holds the optical fiber; and an optical detection unit arranged at one end of the optical fiber. The optical wave generation unit generates an optical wave signal to be transmitted in the optical fiber. When the temperature-sensing deformation element generates deformation difference according to the temperature change at the position to be detected, the optical fiber is bent to change or block the optical wave signal, so that the optical detection unit can detect the change of the optical wave signal, thereby monitoring the temperature change at the position to be detected.
