Zusammenfassung:	A latching structure includes a latching chamber, a latching portion latched to the latching chamber, a body, a rotating member rotatably mounted on the body, and an attracted member fixed to the rotating member. The latching portion is attached on the rotating member. The attracted member drives the rotating member to rotate by an attracting force provided by an external attracting member, to release the latching engagement between the latching portion and the latching chamber. The invention further provides a portable electronic device using same.
