Zusammenfassung:	A streaming transmission method for peer-to-peer networks is disclosed. The method comprises a preparing step and an adjusting step. The preparing step gets at least one source-end based on a plurality of segments of a streaming data by a request-end, with the request-end and the source-end interchanging a range of buffer map thereof, with the range of the buffer map including a pre-loading range. The adjusting step is according to the pre-loading range of the request-end to post-cache or pre-cache at least one segment to belong to the pre-loading range by the source-end.
