Zusammenfassung:	A display device comprises a back bezel, a reflector, a light module, a film layer, a display panel, and a front bezel. The back bezel has a bottom plate and an annular side wall surrounding the bottom plate. The annular side wall has a supporting stage far from the bottom plate. The reflector has a main body and two bending portions extending from the opposite two edge of the main body respectively. The main body disposes on the bottom plate. The two bending portions dispose on the supporting stage. The light module disposes on the main body of the reflector. The film layer and the display panel dispose on those bending portions. The film layer is up the light module. The display panel is up the film layer. The display panel and the film layer keep in a distance. The front bezel disposes to the back bezel, and those bending portions are between the front bezel and the supporting stage.
