Zusammenfassung:This invention relates to a high step-up ratio circuit, including a first charge pump, a second charge pump, a conductive inductor, a voltage boost circuit, and an output circuit. The first charge pump has a first switch element, a second switch element, and a first voltage boost capacitor. The second charge pump has a third switch element and a second voltage boost capacitor. The conductive inductor connects with the first voltage boost capacitor and second voltage boost capacitor. The voltage boost circuit has a fourth switch element, a fifth switch element, and a third voltage boost capacitor. The conductive inductor connects the first voltage boost capacitor and the second voltage boost capacitor. The output circuit is coupled with the third voltage boot capacitor.
