Zusammenfassung:	A manufacturing method of a carbon heat sink includes a mixing step and a molding step. The mixing step is configured for mixing a graphite material and a binder to obtain a mixture. The molding step is configured for molding the mixture into a carbon heat sink by a mold. Preferably, proportion of the carbonaceous material of the carbon heat sink can be further increased by a heat treatment step. The above-mentioned manufacturing method is able to produce the heat sink of high proportion carbonaceous material with lower cost.
