Zusammenfassung:	A heat sink for a lamp includes a body which is made by a graphite material including more than 50% (w/w) of natural graphite, synthetic graphite, or a combination of the above. The body has a stage and a plurality of channels, wherein the stage is configured for a light emitting module to be arranged; and the channels are arranged around the stage to make air flow into and out of the channels. A lamp including the above-mentioned heat sink is also disclosed.
