Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a method of preparing trialkoxysilane represented by SiH(OR)3, wherein R is a C1-C3 methyl, ethyl, propyl, or isopropyl group. More particularly, the method includes pulverized silicon in a solvent environment without contacting the air to inhibit oxidation on the surface of silicon, reducing induction period at an early stage of the synthesis of trialkoxysilane, and removing impurities from the reaction environment by continuously selecting a part of the solvent through a membrane filter equipped in a main body of the reactor.
