Zusammenfassung:	Knurling teeth consisting of a lot of projections are arranged in an approximately matrix manner on an outer circumferential surface of a roller body so as to constitute a first knurling roller. Each of the knurling teeth consists of a projection having a front-end plane surface, and a reinforced-portion forming recess disposed on the front-end plane surface. Due to the projection of each of the knurling teeth, a concave portion and a surrounding convex portion which surrounds the concave portion are transferred to a polymer film. Due to the reinforced-portion forming recess, a reinforced protrusion is formed inside the concave portion of a knurling projection. Since the reinforced protrusion keeps the height of each of the concave portion and the surrounding convex portion, there is no decrease in the concave-convex degree due to change with the passage of time. Since deterioration of the knurling projection due to change with the passage of time can be suppressed, films are not scraped against each other wh
