The floor suction device (19) is connected to a common passage (31) that communicates with a dust collection part (15) inside the vacuum cleaner body (10) via a floor-side suction passage (26), and the gap suction pipe (18) is connected via a suction-pipe-side suction passage (28). The floor-side suction passage (26) of the floor suction device (19) communicates with the common passage (31) from below. The suction-pipe-side suction passage (28) of the gap suction pipe (18) communicates with the common passage (31) from above. A connection pipe (30), which communicates with the gap suction pipe (18), is detachably disposed on the vacuum cleaner body (10) near a position where the floor-side suction passage (26) and the suction-pipe-side suction passage (28) join in the common passage (31).
