Zusammenfassung:A thermistor includes a first conductive member, a second conductive member and a polymer material layer laminated between the first conductive member and the second conductive member. The polymer material layer exhibits positive temperature coefficient (PTC) behavior, and includes crystalline polymer and at least one electrically conductive filler distributed in the crystalline polymer. The electrically conductive filler has a resistivity less than 500m and includes 72-96% by weight of the polymer material layer. The thermistor has a device area, and the value of the hold current at 60 DEG C divided by the device area is between 0.16-0.8A/mm2. The ratio of the hold current at 60 DEG C and the hold current at 25 DEG C of the thermistor is 65-95%.
