The organic light-emitting diode includes: a substrate, wherein the substrate comprises a pixel electrode region and an auxiliary electrode region; a plurality of isolation structures formed between the pixel electrode region and the auxiliary electrode region; wherein the pixel electrode includes: a first electrode formed on the substrate; an organic layer formed on the first electrode; a second electrode formed on the organic layer; wherein the auxiliary electrode region includes: an auxiliary electrode formed on the substrate; a shielding structure formed on the auxiliary electrode and the isolation structures, wherein the shielding structure covers a portions of the auxiliary electrode, and the second electrode is electrically connected to the auxiliary electrode. |
