The thermal image analyzer is connected to a control unit. According to the detection result of the thermal image analyzer, the control unit executes the on/off of the pneumatic valve, so as to reduce the seriousness of pyrophoric gas leakage, thereby achieving the object of monitoring and damage-reducing. Comparing to a known monitoring management mechanism, the present invention provides a design with higher safety.
