Method and device of monitoring pyrophoric gas leakage

A method and a device of monitoring pyrophoric gas leakage are disclosed. In a pyrophoric gas storage and delivery system (which is equipped with a pyrophoric gas cylinder, an output pipe, a pneumatic valve, a purge plate and a preheat valve manifold box), a thermal image analyzer with a temperature change recognition function is installed, which is used for detecting a temperature change of the pyrophoric gas storage and delivery system, so as to determine whether the pyrophoric gas is leaked according to the temperature change detected by the thermal image analyzer. The thermal image analyzer is connected to a control unit. According to the detection result of the thermal image analyzer, the control unit executes the on/off of the pneumatic valve, so as to reduce the seriousness of pyrophoric gas leakage, thereby achieving the object of monitoring and damage-reducing. Comparing to a known monitoring management mechanism, the present invention provides a design with higher safety.
