Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a coated article containing (a) a substrate (S) with a transmittance of at least 88% (measured in accordance with ASTM E 1348 with a 3 mm layer thickness and at a wavelength of 550 nm) comprising a substrate layer of a thermoplastic polymer containing a flame retardant, (b) on the substrate a scratch-resistant coating (K) containing silica microparticles, wherein 0.2 to 1.8 wt.% silica microparticles, based on the solids content of the scratch-resistant coating (K), are contained. The invention also relates to the production of these coated articles and use thereof, in particular for the production of flat panel displays.
