Method for measuring smoke dust and system thereof

Disclosed is a method for measuring smoke dust, including a flow rate acquiring step, a temperature acquiring step, a measurement step, and a calculation step. The measurement step detects and calculates a particle concentration during the operational time of heat treatment equipment by a sampling apparatus connected to the heat treatment equipment. The calculation step calculates a total particle amount based on the exhaust flow rate acquired from the flow rate acquiring step, and the exhaust temperature and the particle concentration acquired from the temperature acquiring step. By means of the flow rate acquiring step and the temperature acquiring step, the flow rate, the maximum and minimum temperature, and the average temperature are thus acquired. Accordingly, the total particle amount within a range may be calculated by the calculation step, thereby providing more effective detection.
