Method of manufacturing flexible display panel

A method of manufacturing a flexible display panel is described. A supporting substrate having a de-bonding layer is provided, and a flexible display panel is disposed on the de-bonding layer. The supporting substrate has a cutting line, and a distance is between the cutting line and an edge of the supporting substrate. The supporting substrate is overturned on a carrier device such that the flexible display panel is between the carrier device and the supporting substrate. A cutting process is performed along the cutting line so as to expose a portion of the flexible display panel. A downward force is pressed on the exposed flexible display panel so as to from a space between the flexible display panel and the de-bonding layer. The supporting substrate and the de-bonding layer are removed from the flexible display panel.
