Coffee mill with membrane stripping function and method thereof

The present invention provides a coffee mill with membrane stripping function, which comprises a machine body, a crushing unit, a separation unit, and a milling unit. The machine body has an inlet and a gather outlet. The crushing unit is located below the inlet and right above the milling unit and forms a channel with the milling unit. The separation unit is arranged between the crushing unit and the milling unit, wherein the crushing unit is used to crush the coffee beans into a plurality of bean blocks and a plurality of inner embryonic membranes; the separation unit is used to generate forced air convection to take away the inner embryonic membranes from the channel; and the milling unit is used to mill the beans into powder and discharge the fine powder from the gather outlet.
