The load monitoring system, shunt load monitoring module, and management system of this invention are further selectively installed a communication module. The load monitoring system of this invention can manage the power consumption of power consuming units, suitable for both heavy and light users on power consumption. The load monitoring module of this invention further performs analysis or management according to the power consumption of the power consuming units reported by the shunt load monitoring module.
