The body has a spindle compartment and an outer groove in which to provide a predetermined measuring surface and a sensing point. The strain gauge member is mounted on the predetermined measuring surface to connect with the sensing point and to measure an amount of the strain thereof. The sleeve is mount on an outer surface of the body to seal the strain gauge member.
