Cleaning agent composition

A cleaning agent composition containing the following components (A), (B), (C) and (D): 1 to 20 weight % of a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate (A); 0.02 to 5 weight % of a cation group-containing polymer (B) having a cationic charge density between 4.5 and 7 meq/g; 0.02 to 10 weight % of a cationized hydroxypropyl cellulose (C) represented by general formula (1); and water (D). (In the formula, R1, R2 and R3 each independently represent a substituent having a cationized ethylene oxy group and a propylene oxy group, and n represents a number between 20 and 5000 which is a number representing the average polymerization degree of anhydroglucose. The substitution degree of the cationized ethylene oxy group is between 0.01 and 3 and the substitution degree of the propylene oxy group is between 0.01 and 5.)
