Zusammenfassung:	A transparent conductive film and method of fabrication the same are disclosed. The transparent conductive film comprises a conductive thin film and anti-scratch layers disposed thereon. The anti-scratch, transparency, and bending properties can be significantly improved by the incorporation of the anti-scratch layers, wherein its thickness is about 50 to 500 nm. The transparent conductive films having high transmittance and excellent anti-scratch performance can be applied in touch panels, liquid crystal displays, solar cell, and organic light emitting diodes.
