Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a manufacturing method of liquid crystal display capable of reducing the number of layers, manufacture costs and restraining abnormal ignition of light sources to seek the increasing of manufacturing yield rate. The manufacturing method of liquid crystal display uses a substrate having pixel portion and periphery portions to form a conductive thin film through the spray coating method after forming a semiconductor layer and a pixel electrode on the gate insulation film, and takes the photoresistant pattern as a mask to form the semiconductor layer electrically connected to the pixel portion and the drain electrode of the pixel electrode, and exposes the semiconductor layer of the pixel portion and the periphery portion to utilize the semiconductor layer of the periphery portion as an index of etching depth, thereby etching the semiconductor layer of the pixel region.
