Zusammenfassung:	An adhesive sheet (1A) comprising a release sheet (12), an adhesive agent layer (11) laminated on a release surface of the release sheet (12), and a base (13) laminated on the adhesive agent layer (11), wherein the adhesive agent layer (11) is composed of an energy-ray-curable adhesive agent which has a breaking elongation of 2000% or more before being cured with an energy ray, a stress relaxation percentage of 70-95% before being cured with an energy ray, and a gel fraction of 1-30% before being cured with an energy ray. The adhesive sheet (1A) is suitable for the three-dimensional shape formation by three-dimensional stretching.
